At Her Wellness Collective, we believe women deserve thoughtful, evidence-based medical care without rushed visits, confusing bills, or unnecessary testing.
We are a fee-for-service concierge women’s health practice providing virtual care to women in Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota, and Pennsylvania. Because we practice outside of the traditional insurance-based medical system, we are able to offer longer, in-depth consultations and highly personalized follow-up care focused entirely on your needs.
In many traditional medical settings, physicians are limited by insurance requirements, shortened appointment times, and productivity demands. Women are often left with 10–15 minute visits, fragmented care, multiple follow-up appointments, and unexpected bills that can total hundreds of dollars depending on insurance coverage and deductibles.
Our model is intentionally different.
With clear, upfront pricing, you will always know the cost of your care before your appointment. There are no hidden fees, surprise facility charges, or unnecessary repeat visits.

We do not require extensive baseline lab work simply to begin care, and we do not profit from ordering unnecessary tests. Labs are only recommended when they will meaningfully guide diagnosis or treatment decisions.
When laboratory testing is needed, we work with large national laboratory companies so that testing may be submitted through your insurance plan depending on your individual coverage and benefits.
We also partner with trusted, FDA-regulated pharmacies to provide safe, evidence-based therapies and prescriptions. Unlike many online hormone platforms, we do not receive financial incentives, commissions, or kickbacks from pharmacies. Our recommendations are based solely on what is safest and most appropriate for you.

60-minute in-depth virtual consultation includes:
- Comprehensive health history review
- Symptom evaluation
- Personalized treatment planning
- Education and counseling
- Unlimited messaging with your provider
- Follow-up phone call 4 weeks after your initial consultation to check-in and make adjustments to your treatment plan when needed
Follow-Up Visits

insurance & payment
We do not bill or accept insurance for office visits. Payment is due at the time of service.
However, laboratory testing and prescribed medications may be eligible for insurance coverage depending on your specific plan. We are happy to work with national laboratories and pharmacies that allow insurance submission whenever possible.
Superbills and itemized receipts can be provided upon request following your visit. These documents may be submitted to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement and may also be eligible for FSA/HSA reimbursement depending on your plan.

- It is the patient’s responsibility to request, submit, and follow up on all superbills and reimbursement claims.

- Insurance coverage for labs, medications, and out-of-network reimbursement varies by individual plan.
- Because we practice independently from insurance restrictions, we are able to prioritize time, individualized care, and clinical decision-making centered entirely around you.
