Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer telehealth visits?
Yes. Her Wellness Collective is a telemedicine-based practice providing secure, HIPAA-compliant virtual visits for women across Wisconsin, Illinois, Pennsylvania and Minnesota.
I do not live in the states listed above. Can I still schedule an appointment?
If you live in a state outside of IL, MN, PA or WI please reach out to us. We are always looking to expand our reach and if we are not able to provide our services to you, we will help you to find a certified, trusted provider that is accessible to you.
Do you offer in-person visits?
Not yet. Currently, all visits are conducted virtually. However, we’re actively working toward opening a physical wellness space within the next two years—one designed to serve as both a beautiful treatment center and a community hub where women can connect, learn, and support one another.
Do you accept insurance?
We are a self-pay fee-for-service practice. This allows us to offer longer visits, direct communication, and individualized care without restrictions.
Superbills and itemized receipts are available for potential out-of-network reimbursement and/or FSA/HSA eligibility. All labs and prescriptions can be completed through your insurance.
How long are visits?
New patient consults are 60 minutes. Follow-up visits are 30–45 minutes, depending on your needs.
What is included in my 1 hour visit?
Each visit is individualized and components are dependent upon the service type and your specific wellness goals. Please visit the service pages for more detailed information. In general, you can expect:

What if I’ve been told I can’t have hormone replacement therapy?
Every woman deserves a discussion about the current data, risks, and benefits of HRT.
